The fee for the meeting is 1600 DKK.
Besides covering the cost of the meeting it also includes the Barbecue, Bus Trip, Lunch and Coffee during the meeting, Gala Dinner, Entrance fee to the Viking museum, and the Cathedral plus Sightseeing boat trip and T-Shirt.
